looks like it`s my first note up here. usually I don`t write any but I feel like I have to, because there is that time in my life when I need nan advice.. I want to make some changes in my life but it harder & harder to make this first step every day.. what can help me? I just don`t feel strong enough to make it but still feel it will make me happier then I am now.. what to do? where to begin?
